made 8pax family dinner today on 4.1.2021.^^
- bouillabaisse (seafood stew) with sliced seabream, prawns, panseared scallops
- squid ink sauce spaghetti with squid
- prawn bisque sauce prawns & pan seared scallops tagliatelle
- slow braised beef brisket ragout penne pasta
- oven slow roast pork prime ribs
& sulin made an excellent mirin ribeye steak!
all dishes excellent this evening..will do separate recipe writeups..
pork ribs was excellent my best ..people who normally doesn’t take pork ribs took 2 pieces..
all love the pastas..squidink very flavourful though not enuf ink to coat fully black..
WY SL all the children loved the beef ragout
SM & everyone loved the bouillabaisse..
