its what we all want to do – eat & be merry..haha..
the greatest thing about cooking for me is FUN and FELLOWSHIP..I enjoy cooking for my family & friends..it is the joy of producing a decent dish (and hopefully it is repeatable and keeps improving) which everyone enjoys..
the idea is for my cooking to add to the fun, that I am relaxed, living and enjoying it (being thrilled with new discoveries & relishing the feel-good factor when turning out nice dishes as intended or pleasantly surprised), and the food be decent & enjoyable; otherwise might as well eat out or order in right?
