slow roasted pork ribs was excellent..
KC liked the rack of lamb even more..
sotong texture was good & great combination with cauliflower puree..
friends all loved the chilli..though crab cake a bit overfried..
J & KC brought excellent reds..
LCH brought cut fruit..GYS some abalones & birdnests
had a really nice and fun evening with friends.
