ter kar was quite excellent, perfect texture very tender & tasty..
both the hock (S$18) which has both skin, fats & lean meat, and the trotters (S$10).. gelatinous, shiok!
the hocks looked wonderful in the pot big intestines also good, no smell.. v
egetables (romaine lettuce) was ok..this dish nic & tom much better..

we also had 百年bai nian yongtaufu.
ytf was ok maybe 3, 3.5..both the ytf & the soup..not as good as ikan bilis at chinatown fc & tiong bahru ytf.. not quite the standard taste & presentation c/w nic & tom also 百年 ytf by 百年 second generation nic & tom ytf was really good & soup was excellent ..
