we booked restaurant thinking to use Amex love dining 50% discounts for 2 but so many restrictions..doesn’t apply to dimsum, dessert etc

decided to take this rediscovery menu no discounts…not disappointed…

1 appetiser prawn fresh & sweet bit of caviar totally ordinary thousand island salad dressing

2 both soups were good ..prawn head soup more 清 prawn dumpling good..better than the prawn ball whelk soup

3 sea perch was good..both styles ok I prefer the 剁椒 to 港蒸, not the standard of peach blossom

4 added kurobuta steak $10 very good tender & tasty

5 1/2 lobster crispy noodles excellent stock one of the best lobster the 400g not 550g size..lobster 泡饭good too tasty stock too strong for wife..we both like the lobster noodles better

6 dessert quite ordinary though presentation was creative..look better than taste lol!
