we picked patin for 重庆烤鱼 not the usual seabass…dish was tasty & “pang” flavourful quite oily..very good standard
for me overall still ming tang 重庆烤鱼 better equally tasty & “pang”..not so oily like here or other places..can drink & I do drink the soup 😀
pig ear was good standard.. 干锅vegetables pot on the lighter taste side, fresh & crunchy..
the 蟹粉tanhoon prawns was excellent! very tasty lots of haebee..second best dish for me after 重庆烤鱼
romaine lettuce 油麦菜was very good..
the lamb dish was competent i guess..it is flavourful but tough ..老old..maybe typical of this preparation so not a dish i would order..unlike say 羊蝎子which is tender and tasty..
this a restaurant I will come again just for a different taste of重庆烤鱼..
for value..the same lunch would cost like S$60 & I actually like the dish better than here…so generally will go there…
