today Vesak Day also 十五 my vegetarian day so I didn’t eat.

1. pangrilled prawns & scallops spinach tagliatelle
2. pangrilled halibut on yellow pepper puree

spinach tagliatelle was delicious.

I just happened to have chinese cabbage so threw some for the puree..puree was sweet but texture wrong fibrous because of chinese cabbage…

so cannot use chinese cabbage…peppers and zucchini ok…
