the Korean spicy chicken, I just marinate 600g boneless chicken thighs with 1tbsp oysters sauce, 1tsp sesame oil and 2tbsp gochujang. set aside for 1 hr. browned 3 cloves chopped garlic in 1 tbsp oil, add chicken and fried for 6mins. add 60ml chicken stock and reduce. total 10mins.
for belly pork fried rice, boil 400g belly pork in chicken stock for 1hr 15mins. then place belly pork in cold water, so that it is easy to cut into rectangular sliced. add chopped garlic and fry in wok cooked rice (from 1.5 cups), push to one side then cracked 3 eggs on hot oil and let the eggs formed, then spread over the fried rice. add also crispy prawn chilli. this a perfect dish of fried rice with good woke.
scallops dish the usual, fry broccoli with chopped garlic, add scallops and fry.
