45days 2degC aged hunter valley grass fed ribeye

made 4pax family dinner – with wife, daughter & son on 11.9.2020.^^

  1. mexican veracruz halibut
  2. crabmeat tagliatelle (using chicken stock blended vegetables pasta sauce adding skinned tomatoes & jumbo lump crabmeat)
  3. aged USDA prime and hunter valkey grass fed ribeye (given by K &Jes)

wife &children very happy the dishes,simply delicious!

.the aged ribeye were fabulous, very flavourful,very well edged 45days at 2degC i was told👍

& everyone like this style of crabmeat pasta
