i arranged 6pax RI bros lunch at 1pm.
i delivered 25pax 4 dishes lunch to HCA Hospice Care at 11.30am,
and was back home by 12.15pm. 🙂
bakuteh is like the simplest dish to prepare, just whole bulb garlic cloves, ilc bkt sachet, 1kg prime ribs and boil for 1hrs 10mins. voila!
so easy for me to prepare bkt before hand and just steam cod and fry kang kong nearer 1pm, and so the dishes were ready when bros arrived.
simple and tasty, yummy lunch.
KF commented “the bakuteh so good, so tender and soup so tasty”.
OCH visiting from USA and NCL brought a birthday cake to celebrate his coming birthday!
had a great lunch and time with old friends of 50yrs going way back to secondary school.
