made & delivered dinner to my brother on 3.9.2020.^^
- 白斩鸡 plus a bottle honemade chicken rice chilli
- 回锅肉
- 清炒空心菜garlic fried kang kong topped with prawns
回锅肉my first using an online recipe
- 400g belly pork (tui bak is better)after cleaning remove scum
- boiled in water (i boiled in chicken stock) 35mins then put in cold water
- sliced thinly, fry in hot wok 2 tbsp oil.
- add 1heap tbsp 老干麻辣酱,1tbsp flat oyster sauce, mixed well off fire..remove pork
- keep oil in wok cooked chopped leek,.add spring onions & add back pork, and voila!
