made 8-course tapas, meats & pasta for my brother 6pax family dinner on 18.6.2020-

- miso teriyaki salmon belly
- pangrilled black angus 100day grain fed ribeye
- pangrilled iberico pork collar steak
- pangrilled lamb fillet
- vongole linguine
- seafood paella
- pangrilled red & yellow peppers
a delightful, scrumptious dinner. my brother, sil, nephew and family enjoyed thoroughly.
the vongole this evening was among my very best – al dente, tasty, luscious looking, with a touch of gourmet butter and totally mouthwatering.
seafood paella was also among my best – again luscious, a beauty to behold, and the al dente arborio rice, clams, prawns and squid were all perfect texture.
very happy with making this dinner for my brother. ^^
