RECIPE = Prawn Thick Beehoon Soup on 20May2022

using up leftover stuff before leaving for como, dolomites on 20.5.2022.^^

prawn thick beehoon soup

boil prawns, remove shell & head, fry & add salt, butter, water, reduce

add thick beehoon

add chilli padi, spring onions, fried shallots
