made 2 dishes for PPH CSC teban gardens friday breakfast this morning on 6.5.2022.^^

this my 111st friday breakfast community meal dish at teban gardens community service centre, second time on restart after a 2 year hiatus due to covid.

the centre was started in 2002 after much effort & challenge by our RI friend who is a pastor of pasir panjang hill brethren church (pphbc) which owns & runs the CSC.

i first started doing a community meal dish for teban gardens CSC on 8.1.2016.

I started cook a dish for teban gardens on friday unless i am traveling or otherwise indisposed. when I started cooking for HCA, this was reduced to 2 times a month (also 2times a month for HCA) so not overstitching my resources…

today’s menu

1. wine chicken
2. braised minced pork tanhoon

the residents also have lots of other food catered for them and sometimes Rosalind the centre director also cook very nice dishes like laksa, fishball soup, lontong, porridge..all fabulous dishes I like.
