fugu sashimi

after coming back from dazaifu 太宰府, we were at deitos hakata B1 food alley on 29.1.2015.

& was attracted by a stall displaying fugu sashimi & ika (squid) sashimi set.

we saw this ika sashimi set in many brochure advertisements & had planned to try it.

in the display (photo above), there was also ika tempura. there was also a choice or either beer or gohan set.^^

wa…the ika sashimi was really good! 🙂

thick & a very great bite w/o being tough..

we could do the remaining squid as tempura or shioyaki…& wow..the tempura was just superb…better than any calamari i have tried.^^

i would definitely take this again.

i had the gohan set of rice, pickles & miso soup once i didn’t need the beer & all the food were good with small amount of rice.

coming up the food alley escalator, i took a snap. the stall was just down the escalators immediately on the right side.^^

i wanted to make sure i know where to find it when i visited fukuoka again, but i guess there are many such shops selling this ika sashimi set in fukuoka.
