wife’s friend gave very expensive alba white truffle.
cannot keep long so cooked sunday evening made 5pax family dinner on 20.12.2020.^^

very nice dishes & family time together.
next time if i do white truffle will do really simple pasta like alio olio with EVO & truffle oil
