did 10pax RI 14bros homecooked dinner at dining lounge on 24.2.2020. ^^
CCG joined dinner and HCK dropped by and left earlier for dinner with family.
also celebrate CJ’s birthday.
LCH brought drinks, HAB yuzu umeshu, LCJ brought rambutans, CCG brought nonya kuehs..LKY & KWL came over to help ferry food to dining lounge..
for this evening’s dinner, i prepared only 5 dishes-
- wine chicken with cloud fungus
- braised belly pork with taupok, taukua & egg
- black bean sauce pork soft bones
- assam ang sai (emperor red snapper) fish head
- broccoli with cauliflower
so i pace my cooking in the course of recovery from my accident,
and was able to restart cooking for HCA Hospice Care 35pax lunch on 18.2.2020.
and for this evening, i cooked less dishes in larger quantity for 11pax, and it worked quite well. dishes were finished and food was just about enough.
