wife made mexican veraxruz halibut & ducth oven chicken, and aunty bes made deepfried wanton.

i made 8picure crab cake in chilli crab sauce, seafood paella and squidink pasta.

excellent dinner. every dish absolutely delicious. my crab cake in chilli crab sauce almost approaching 8picure chef Gabriel Lee’s taste and looks. ^^

1. mexican veracruz halibut
2. crabmeat tagliatelle (using chicken stock blended vegetables pasta sauce adding skinned tomatoes & jumbo lump crabmeat)
3. aged USDA prime and hunter valkey grass fed ribeye (given by K &Jes)

wife &children very happy the dishes,simply delicious!

.the aged ribeye were fabulous, very flavourful,very well edged 45days at 2degC i was told

& everyone like this style of crabmeat pasta

白斩鸡 & chicken rice the usual good standard today..chicken very smooth, tender,moist, tasty..chilli very good..& rice very flavourful

mutton rib was from bedok market S$18/kg clearly frozen

mutton rib soup still very good though last 2 times fresh ribs & better cut much better than this…

braised mutton rib my first time very good tasty
