had dinner at restaurant most, a chargrill steak restaurant with good reviews.
actually food in slovenia not that good, so after the best steak at restaurant julijana in bled, this like the first decent steak dinner so we were looking forward to it. & of course it was expensive!
dinner started well with a amuse bouche. couldn’t quite remember but it looked at a small seared tuna.
it was also a drinking joint. 🙂
the chargrilled mushrooms, a special of the day recommended by the server, was very good very flavourful but expensive at €15
octopus carpaccio so so at €11, good enough i guess.
you call this tagliata di manzo?
ribeye medium rare & striploin tagliata not expensive at €22 but very disappointing..
not charred even though this a chargrill restuarant..
& my ribeye was tough, lots of tendons (so basically a lousy cut) & salty…
I can do a steak better with my eyes closed lol!😭
