polo buns 菠萝包 @ hong lin restaurant 康年餐厅

after mui kee congee 妹記生滾粥品, we were looking for a nice cuppa, and decided to stop by hong lin restaurant 康年餐厅.

they serve polo buns 菠萝包 like any cha chan teng 茶餐厅。 so we ordered one polo bun with butter 菠萝油 to share among 3, our other friend still catching up on his beauty sleep.

last time i tried polo buns 菠萝包 in hong kong i didn’t really like it.

this time though it tasted pretty good. i took a quarter piece, but i think i can finish a whole bun myself. ^^

the coffee was good too, no sugar & with evaporated milk, the “c” that i like.
