first time doing a baked whole salmon trout on 2.1.2022.^
dish was excellent..everyone loved it..
- 1clean..make cuts on fish, put in sliced garlic & small sliced lemon..add 4 thin sliced lemon in belly & one in head
- line sliced lemon, sliced potato, sliced zucchini as a bed in baking dish..place trout & add cherry tomatoes
- sprinkle sea salt & black pepper generously…add mixed herbs, rosemary, 1 tbsp balsamic, 4 tbsp EVO, and 15g sliced butter ..squeeze lemon juice from 1/3 lemon
- baked in 250degC oven 25mins
- serve with dill
