black bean sauce fish head with bittergourd really good..fish meaty..blackbean sayce strong & flavourful & bittergourd tender & not bitter quite perfect

smoked chicken good.

home made tofu competent

claypot eggplant good very tasty

lala beehoon tasty ..i like don signature crab’s prawn lala better though
