2pax home dinner with wife on 25.7.2021.^^

..my new dish copied/adapted from chef Gabriel 8picure new dish (included above for comparison)

pan grilled scallops with chopped cauliflower fried/sautéed

added butter & mustard as binder

served with cauliflower gazpacho (spanish chilled veloute)

an excellent dish super tasty & great texture

this evening no mentaiko & no coriander to garnish..

included an earlier preparation as well (above)…

after dinner we walked 5km nearly 1 hr.

had early celebration for sulin’s birthday on 23.7.2021. ^^

wife made very nice negitoro don and Japanese wagyu.

I made seafood bouillabaisse with daughter’s favourite lala clams, grilled scallops on cauliflower gazpacho and sous vide aussie pork chop.
