yong tau foo – S$3.50

went to sheng shiong to get something on 6.1.2017.

just 1 item to buy so out immediately. i compliantly parked & put 1/2hr parking oupon.

decided to look in on the yong tau foo stall at koufy tanglin halt.

they are selling 6 pieces + noodles for S$3.50.

i had 7 pieces, no noodles, so still S$3.50.

there is yellow beans provided on the side you can add yourself to the soup or ytf bowl.

all items, plus chilli & sweet sauce, nice, except kang kong/othe veg small servings.

have been eating more ytf recently-

1. best for me = hillview ytf at meiling food centre.
2. meixi’s kitchen yong tau foo 美茜酿豆腐 at commonwealth drive blk 115B also very good, more fried stuff, somewhat different items.
3. a poor one at SGH kopitiam, &
4. a real bad one, hakka yong tau foo at holland drive food centre.

this one here would be on par wiht meixi’s kitchen just somewhat different items.

going back a bit earlier, the best i had so far (partly because of the nice mined pork noodles) is at u hakka at circuit road food centre.

i am quite happy with jing house overall,
