we decided to order all tacos plus the chicken croquette so did not use Amex love dining discounts, a bit wasted

liked all the tacos- beef, prawn squidink, dory fish..the sisig belly pork so so..

croquette so so too nothing like la tapiera or foc

$26 cocktail rather ex

lovely ambience and vibe..an enjoyable evening will come back again

it’s a 20mins drive from river wonders at Neo Tiew crescent near sungei buloh wetlands

food quite ok

set lunch was $19.80 inc soup & drink

we ordered one fish & chips came with a minestrone soup which was pretty ok & iced kemon tea

slso ordered S$18 garden salad which was ordinary just add fruits strawberries blueberries & cherry tomatoes ..fresh farm to table and beautiful colours

also ordered a seafood platter normally S$28 but S$20 when added to salad order..grilled prawns done well..sotong nice and tender very small serving plus 2 scallops..

ambience was great beside pond food was above average

Jeff and I ordered 1/2 pork rack and fish and chips to share..pork rib was ok, fish and chips competent. H was happy with her dory fillet with also olio olio…and LWS better deal still with good portion of lamb chop…

& the olio olio side very good standard better than expected….

we have not met for the longest time…had nice chat and catching up…after lunch Jeff bought kopi at toast box…

unfortunately no alacarte buffet today which was on website & which we came for..so rather disappointing..

food was ok..

pot of mussels & clams just right texture & sauce very tasty $25

vongole sauce ok tasty too..just don’t have much EVO clams white wine flavours

chef seafood platter too ex at $90..basically just smaller portion of $25 clams & mussels add 4 prawns, calamari, 1 soft shell crab, a few battered cod ..then become $90???

fish & chips pretty good

bounty bar so so coconut sorbet not flavourful wife’s chocolate tart far better

ambience great by the marina not much decor service quite ok

food standard average for the price not worth it without weekend alacart buffet…
