rempa my usual chicken rice chilli plus lots of shallots
so
7 red chilli
2 chilli padi
5 cloves garlic
2cm ginger
1.5 tbsp olive oil
2tsp sugar
1/2tsp salt
15 shallots blend slight coarse
fry rempa in 2 tbsp oil, add 6tbsp tomato ketchup to taste
marinate chicken 1 tbsp fish sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce..
fry chicken in wok then add to rempa.. fry and chicken
anyway will try this again.

SL made the best tokkong uni hotate ikura caviar plus tobiko capellini!
Aunty Bes made calamari, better than restaurants outside…
son made best cup of coffee, also better than most cafe joints…
I ordered a suckling pig from sin wah gah $138+GST plus $10 delivery…quite ok NOT THE BEST
had a great memorable birthday with family.

the wagyu beef surprisingly very good 
& the ika karaage great too
the premium sushi set cheow ghee took didn’t come with uni as shown & written in menu
we mentioned to server at first they didn’t know how to react not trained..we didn’t want to escalate so just let it go as F&B everyone having hard time..
later they finally resolved & came back to say they reduce the set to $32 from $40 original ..
so credit to restaurant there was service recovery which I would have insisted in normal times
restaurant also provided a slice birthday cake – tofu cheese cake
had a really good chat & relaxed evening with a close bro..
