沿海长廊可以步行到海口钟楼
是网红，望网红
Ins风，微博，抖音视频乐土
游客的打卡景点

实用性难说
馆外人还比馆内多
最棒的是馆里
还不少人在看书温书
写笔记细声讨论
是个尊重环境，宽敞、
有自然光，风景的学所

Haikou Wormhole Library by MAD Architects

Wormhole Library
designed with flowing curved lines and dome shaped roof
creative and thoughtful
unexpected and stands out
its exterior resembles natural landscape
or an UFO from outer space
looking out from inside, it’s akin to a spaceship cabin or space station

at first glance, it seems a bit strange
upon further inspection, it feels uncommon
yet in good taste
overflowing with a sense of modernity and futurism
cultural space blending in natural elements
providing a refreshing and delightful reading environment
with an open atmosphere

situated in Century Park
facing the Qiongzhou Strait
the Century Bridge on one side
along the coastal promenade, one can walk to the Haikou Clock Tower
a hotspot for internet influencers & wannabes’ instagram, weibo, douyin videos
a must-go location for tourists

effectiveness in use is hard to determine
there are even more people outside the library than inside
the best part is within the library
many are reading and studying
taking notes, discussing softly
a place of learning that respects the environment, spacious,
with natural light and scenery
