this evening i made red fermented beancurd deepfried chicken wings on 6.5.2020.
my very first time. and it was excellent! simply delicious! ^^
wife and children all loved it, and wife asked me to cook this dish again on 9.5.2020. 🙂
very nice fermented beancurd flavour and moist juicy succulent wings. perfecto!
i don’t cook deepfried chicken wings cos aunty bes makes super prawn paste chicken wings.
this time though i was inspired by jessie who used red fermented beancurd 南乳for another dish….
i marinated the chicken wings in fridge overnight, and dust the chicken wings with some flour before deepfry.
so delicious! taste, succulent, juicy! motuckting!无得顶!
- 10 chicken wings (about 1 kg)
- 2 red fermented beancurd
- 3 white fermented beancurd
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 2 tbsp huadiaojiu
- 1/4 tsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 3 chopped shallots
- marinate in fridge overnight
- dust some flour over chicken wings before deepfry
